Well mushroom fam we ran out of time and weren’t able to grow any mushrooms before we leave 😭 With that being said we do have a variety of fruiting blocks and grain spawn. Either are great ways to try out mushroom gardening either indoors or out. Grow blocks include chestnut, shiitake, and puhu oyster. For grain spawn we have chestnut, pioppini, shiitake, lions mane, coral tooth, and four types of oysters. We’re happy to talk you through the growing process if you’re interested in DIY indoors or out. PM us for more info

What an absolute pleasure it has been serving the Great Falls community for the past three years ❤️ It is with a heavy heart that we share we’ll be closing our mushroom business as we prepare to embark on a new adventure outside of Montana for a while.

From restaurants and local stores to special events, food trucks, and Saturday farmers markets, we’ve truly enjoyed sharing our story and our love of freshly grown culinary mushrooms with all of you.

We’ll have small flushes over the next few weeks until we officially close up shop and will post here when they’re available.

Words can’t truly express how thankful we are for your support and business.

Find us at the entrance to the park! This will be our LAST market of the summer as we get ready for a Midwest trip and get into hunting mode. For those that signed up for our email list we will be sending an email in the next few weeks regarding our fall CSA for those who would like to continue to enjoy our mushrooms throughout the winter. We may have a new favorite pizza…😍 Sautéed Chicken of the Woods mushrooms, bacon, corn, and fresh mozz. Seasoned with S&P, thyme, rosemary, and parsley 🤤

New bags coming in, old bags coming out. One of the best parts of growing mushrooms is using spent substrate blocks as living mulch. Mushroom mycelium attracts worms, distracts bugs from the vegetables in your garden, and if you’re lucky enough to beat the bugs sometimes you can get some really special mushrooms. We’re selling buckets of blocks for $10, $5 if you bring your own bucket. We’ll have limited availability at the market or PM us if interested in larger amounts

Did you know the farmers market expanded?! A couple hundred applications later 🤯 and BAM…bigger space on the other side of the Mansfield Performing Arts Center! Wanted to give you all a heads up that we will be in the highlighted area this coming weekend! As always we’ll post our exact location day of, but if you haven’t explored the other side yet this weekend is the time to do it!
