We had a great book discussion. Celia recommended The Gales of September, about the Edmund Fitzgerald. We all loved the Gordon Lightfoot song, The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. This reminded us of the book, The Day the World Came to Town, about the airplane that was stranded in Gander, Newfoundland
on 9/11. We are all recommending the Netflix version of the book, Remarkably Bright Creatures. Next gathering is June 13.

Small but happy group today on a surprisingly beautiful November day. Sending get-well wishes to Mary and Chris who were both under the weather today. Fun conversations about quilts, what to do with inherited stuff, and kitchen renovations.
