Room Remodel- This customer's floor had been repaired incorrectly and the floor joists rotted out causing the floor to collapse. We replaced the joists, put subflooring down, sealed and floated the floor, and installed linoleum. There was some wall damage from moisture, so we installed new wall studs and paneling, per the owners request.
