Not everything in a piece like this comes off a machine.

These legs started as simple square blanks and get shaped entirely by hand—facet by facet, until they’re smooth, tapered, and just right.

Tradition means everything to us. Thats why we build with the same tools our grandparents used. It’s slower. It’s messier. But this is the part of woodworking I love most.

I just finished up this beautiful, mid-century modern inspired walnut console table, and I couldn't be more proud of how it turned out. Every detail, from the grain selection to the joinery and finish, is intentional. This is the kind of piece meant to live with you for decades, not years.

Custom console tables are available by commission, starting at $999. No matter the design, these are solid wood, hand-built tables made to fit your space. Financing is available through Stripe!

This specific console table is available for commission at $2499, or can be recreated with custom dimensions, wood species, or finish to fit your space.

Hey everyone — I wanted to say thank you for following along with my woodworking journey. This page started as a place for me to document what I was learning and building, and it means a lot that you all stick around, comment, and support it.

As things have grown, I’m shifting the page slightly — not to stop sharing the journey, but to start offering more custom pieces for anyone who wants something handmade for their home.

I’ll still be sharing projects, tools, behind-the-scenes, and the same process posts…

Turning old lumber into something worth showing off.

This cherry mantle came into the shop rough, weathered, and honestly pretty tired-looking. But underneath all that dirt and age was a seriously beautiful piece of wood waiting to come back to life.

After flattening, milling, and shaping it, the grain finally opened up — and it’s wild what a difference a little craftsmanship can make.

This is what I love about woodworking: taking something that looks worn out and giving it another lifetime of purpose.

Recreating history, one piece at a time.

We rebuilt these corner blocks for an antique table that came in from Jessie's Burnables . These are the parts that lock the legs into the frame. While the original hardware hasn’t been made in decades, the new setup is engineered to fit perfectly and hold just like it did the day it was originally created.

Restoration work is a different kind of satisfaction. It’s not just making something new. It’s bringing something old back to life the right way.

Finished up a clean little maple & walnut cutting board this week.

Nothing fancy - just solid joinery, good grain direction, and a finish that makes the wood come alive.

Sometimes, getting in the shop and making something simple reminds you why you started in the first place.
