What started as an introduction to woodworking in middle school turned from a hobby into a way to earn money for my LDS mission. In my family's garage, I start with a block of hardwood or acrylic & some hardware. On a lathe, I turn and carve the block until it's the right shape. Then, I use a 14-step process of sanding and polishing to insure that the product is perfectly smooth. No stain or dyes

are used, so as to accentuate the true color of the natural wood. Each item is unique and can take 2 to 4 hours from start to finish.
