The perfect island escape 🌴 🌊 Featuring oceans hues and tropical vibes, OFDC Commercial Interiors had the privilege of providing flooring installation for the new Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach. This project included an intricate mosaic, compass design, and waterfall.

As we celebrate our 50th anniversary this year, we're excited to introduce our 50th employee Kim Cabrera, Project Scheduler at OFDC Commercial Interiors! .🎉

A member of our team for 5 months, Kim is responsible for tracking product availability, managing inventory, and coordinating delivery and installation for both furniture and flooring. She says her favorite thing about working at OFDC is collaborating with leadership to strategize and create processes that target service and operational excellence.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Kim earned a Master of Education degree in curriculum and instruction from Florida Gulf Coast University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Rochester and an Associate of Science degree in business administration from Monroe Community College.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys cheering on her kids at their basketball games and Taekwondo competitions, cooking gardening, reading, volunteering, and traveling.

Today, OFDC’s reach spans from Marco Island through Bradenton and the company offers office furniture, flooring and personalized services such as interior planning and design, reconfigurations, asset management, leasing, and project and move management. Our team operates showrooms in Fort Myers and Sarasota with furniture and flooring sales teams that integrate seamlessly with the company’s in-house installation team.
