Nola’s Creole Snowballs

We are delighted to release the 1st image of our mascot, Nola! She is so excited to bring you a taste of her amazing hometown! Her hobbies include barking at parade floats, howling with brass bands, and exploring her new home state of Colorado and the amazing mountains here. She loves the snow and can't wait to bring some to you with her unique flair and flavors.

We completed all the electrical!!!!
We have the shaver in a ready for use.

Got the hole patched!!!!
Placed the tables.
Next step are final touches then, off to inspection.
We’re Almost There!!!!

The serving windows are in!!!
We can have 2 separate 2 foot windows. We can also open the center and have one 5 foot window.

Today we were able to get the Velcro attached to the vinyl curtains.
Looks great all trimmed up!!!
Finally received the serving tables. We will be able to get those in tomorrow. We will be trying to get the serving windows completed tomorrow as well.

We were able to get the sinks installed. (Not fastened down yet, waiting on laminate top).
Also placed the hot water heater and the water pump.
Did not take picture of the Velcro being started. Too windy and cold to complete.

If you can see them. We have 3 sides completed with clear vinyl curtains. Last side is the serving window. Then, adding Velcro to anchor it all down and together.
