The Ledge Games

Website

The Ledge Games The Ledge Games is an annual amateur timber competition for charity supporting local tech education. Hats off + cheers to Man of the Cliff for doing it so well!

[WHAT IS TLG?]
The Ledge Games is inspired by an event called Man of the Cliff that started in Red Cliff, CO and has been running in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado since 2009. Each time we competed at Man of the Cliff, we had so much fun that we had to setup an event in WI. The Ledge Games represents the opportunity for everyday people to live out that outdoor, lumberjack lifestyle you may dream about but don't live during the rest of the year. It's a day filled with beards, flannels, beer, swinging things and most importantly good people. When you compete in The Ledge Games events, they are a badge of honor worth bragging about for an entire year.

[OUR CAUSE]
The Ledge Games isn’t just a competition to show off your timber skills. We’re also raising money to help make the community that we live in a better place.

100% of proceeds will go to support the Moraine Park scholarship foundation to make education more accessible and affordable for students. We're excited to donate funds from the event and out sponsors to such a great foundation to help the community.

TLG 2026, you did not disappoint! 🪓🪓🪓

Congrats to all who claimed an axe! It was a hard-fought battle, but we handed out some chainsaws and crowned our 2026 Man and Woman of the Ledge. For those who didn’t quite make the cut, training starts today. 😉

It’s been 10 years of splitting logs and tossing kegs. The past decade wouldn’t have been possible without our Ledge Games faithful. You guys show up year in and year out, brave whatever weather Wisconsin throws our way, and make the magic happen. The people we’ve met along the way make it worth every hour spent behind the scenes. So we thank you for loving this event as much as we do. ♥️

Since 2016, we’ve raised more than $100,000 to support local tech, manufacturing, and engineering education. Whether you compete, sponsor the event, join the cheering squad, or simply buy a raffle ticket, we couldn’t do it without you. You’re helping build the next generation of makers for our community.🌲

Until next year,
The Ledge Games Crew
