We now offer MicroGreens wich are micro versions of vegetables, eaten at the baby stage of life. They are 100 to 400 times more nutritious than the adult version of themselves. They are harvested at 2 to 3 inches tall and mixed with salad or eaten as salad. The taste is amazing and the nutrition is thru the roof it's a win win.
