This Sunday marks the beginning of change. Today, The Cove RV Park is officially known as, Village at Pecan Grove. A primarily long term, catering to 55 + residents tiny home and RV park. We will accommodate others, but our emphasis is on the seasoned guests.

Also, we will be partnering with HALO management group to assist in the changes. Soon, we will be modifying management quarters to a public access area. With a wifi Cafe, small dining and leisure area and washer/dryer access for our residents and guests. All air-conditioned with TV and chairs to relax in.

Additionally, HALO management will be partnering with individuals to provide short term air bnb rentals to the village.

These changes will take time, but no interruption for our current residents is anticipated. And we will continue to offer some of the lowest long term rates currently available.

ROLL BACK RATES! NOW $450 monthly! The Cove RV Park in Esto, Florida has long-term lots available. Located 1 hour north of Panama City Beach and 30 minutes from Dothan & Enterprise Alabama. Perfect for tiny homes and long term tenants.

Rate includes water, sewer, trash, mail/package service, mosquito control and high speed 1 gig internet. Electric is metered and billed with the monthly rate.

Pets are allowed and green space abounds. There is also a small laundry onsite.

Within walking distance to an Ice Cream Parlor, meat market or town park, the Cove is an excellent choice for quiet country living.

This is Beatrice. Beatrice is a two plus decades old butterfly bush. Beatrice was given to us years ago, by a sweet and beautiful lady. Quiet and kind, she was an avid gardener and would spend hours tending to and growing plants. Unfortunately, the wonderful lady became ravaged by multiple sclerosis. Moving from a cane, to walker then finally wheelchair. Yet she continued to care for her plants, until the end.

Today Beatrice entertains bumble bees, humming birds and occasionally small children. She brings beauty and warmth into the park for all to share. And this, one small gift from a wonderful lady, now gone, lives on to this day. Thank you Beatrice and thank you Ms. E, for the gift.
