After harvesting herbs and watering my garden, rewarded myself with this lovely lunch on the porch. Asian greens and French breakfast radish with a poached egg from my neighbors chicken served with mint iced tea. Ahhh.

First harvest! Catmint and spearmint. Tomorrow I tackle Lemon Balm, peppermint, oregano and marjoram.

A magical lunch at Martha Wagbo Farm & Education Center. Spring wild greens salad with a ramp biscuit followed by crepes with ricotta and rhubarb. A spruce tip ice cream topped with coffee and maple syrup. Twitchel to wash it all down. Goats frolicking in the background added an idyllic touch!
