We haven't posted much, as we have been quite busy on a huge restore of this old barn that was 36ft wide and 47 ft long with 2 step up roofs. Read the details below:

The barn was built in the 1940s is what I was told. The barn was in bad shape. Alot of bad lumber that had to be replaced due to leaks and old age. I had to jack up the entire barn in sections replace seal plates, alot of the wall studs and leveled. Put it all back on its foundation and anchored the walls back down. Took out old door ways and framed up bigger ones and wider door ways, per the customer's request. The roof, we took the old tin off and had to replace alot of the rafters. Replaced most of the 1x6s for screwing the roof metal on.

*Sadly, in the end the customer refused to pay, even after we cut the bill in half, she still refused.
