🟠Dusted off the ol’ machines!

I may be retired from the world of design and fabrication, but I never quite walked away. I kept my workroom! I kept every tool, every machine, every little piece of creative chaos….because some projects still call my name. Now I get to build purely for the joy of it… no deadlines, no clients, just me, my ideas, and a space that still feels like home.

As I complete a job I’m working on … I got to thinking that this month is 20 years I’ve had my business! Wow! I still treat every new customer and every new job like it’s my first. From design to installation … with excitement and care!

Thousands of customers…and countless windows treatments, upholstery, pillows and bedding.

🧡It’s the little things 🍭 ….
The fabric distributor that I’ve been buying lining from since 2004 puts a tootsie pop in the cardboard tube. Makes me smile every time!

🚪 Barn Door Project complete!

The old closet bifold doors in my laundry room took up too much space in their open folded position. They did not allow for easy access to items stored on the right and left side. Voila!

The 84L x 55w barn door cost approximately $200 for all wood, hardware, and paint. I used tongue and groove 1x6 boards.

After the dog days of summer, we get a taste of crisp air bringing a new season. As the temperatures drop, your mood changes. It’s time for interior decorations to reflect what is happening just outside your front door.

On a sofa, chair, bed… decorating with warm blankets and pillow are the easiest ways to change your decor.
