Thanks to everyone that hires Tony for creative projects! This one was a coffee table made from a tree burl.

A burl is a tree growth in which the grain has grown in a deformed manner. It is commonly found in the form of a rounded outgrowth on a tree trunk or branch that is filled with small knots from dormant buds. Burl formation is typically a result of some form of stress such as an injury or a viral or fungal infection and results in unique grain patterns.

This bench is epoxy filled white oak with a unique design that incorporates a continuous slab to create all three sides.

Finish Friday!!

We’ve been working on renovating the dining/ entrance room of our house. Previously there was absolutely no good place for jackets, shoes, etc. Tony solved that for us with this beautiful mudroom built-in.

Another delivery went out to our best customer last weekend. A custom built armoire for the bedroom. Fits a TV and plenty more storage!

This was made from Ash that was cut down on the customer’s land and is finished in Bourbon.
