Attention Dudley area residents:

This is Daisy, former momma of 8 puppies. We consider her ours now, but she likes to run around all over the place. She has plenty of food here and a doghouse to sleep in at night. She has been to the vet and will be getting fixed as soon as possible. If you see her, she’s not a stray, just being a dog. Don’t let her con you into thinking she’s hungry. Just give her some pets, yell at her if she’s in the road, and send her on her way. 😁

I was recently asked to build the altar cross for New Day United Methodist Church. I was honored to be trusted with this. I wanted to wait to post about it until they had seen it; I wanted it to match the cross they have.

Hearth & Hound Woodworks is inspired by my family and my love for dogs. Growing up, my dad and grandpa taught me the art of building, and one of my fondest memories is constructing my first picnic table with my uncle at just six years old.

As a dog owner, I often found myself needing practical yet stylish solutions for my pets. This need drove me to create high-quality, handcrafted dog products that reflect my woodworking skills.

I’m thankful for my supportive friends and family who encouraged me to share my craft. Through Hearth & Hound, I honor my family's legacy while pursuing my passion for dogs, hoping to bring joy and functionality into the lives of others.
