These moments reinforce a simple truth: reliability must be designed from the beginning. At Ultra-Mek, every mechanism begins with rigorous evaluation by our engineering team. Designs are continuously refined to meet demanding performance standards. Our designs undergo human wear testing, and production mechanisms pass multiple quality checks before reaching the floor.

We design and build our mechanisms in Denton, North Carolina, using punch press dies developed in-house. Core components including springs, rivets, casings, bushings and steel are produced in the United States to support consistency, durability, and supply chain confidence. We collaborate with trusted partner Raffel Systems for our electrical power systems.

Raffel’s components are engineered with load management and power negotiation that safeguard against over-current and provide reliable thermal performance. All aligned with industry safety standards. For engineering, sourcing, and design teams, every component decision matters.
