While this house didn't work for my clients, it was definitely one of our favorites.
This house priced at one of the best prices on the South side of 98 . It really is just minutes from 30A and two beach accesses. Ride your bike or hop on your LSV.
Great for a large full time family, a generational home or as a second home for those who love to bring a lot of friends with them.
Some of my favorite features are:
The downstairs space is so large and flexible.
Kitchen with gas stove and tons of cabinets opens up into the huge family room. This house is perfect for entertaining. Another hard thing to find!
Not only is there a large breakfast sitting area, but there is an also large dining area off of the kitchen with a dry bar.
Upstairs has a second living area..
So much storage! Another hard find.
And then there is the backyard. The gorgeous covered porch goes almost the entire length of the house.
Finally the property sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and the HOA is only $675 a year!
