We are excited to start offering classes.

Exciting news!!!!!!! Here is a picture and bio of our sewing class instructor. Please read his bio and stay tuned as we are starting our sewing classes in June. I am so excited about this and all the great things Roger will be bringing to our community.

Here is my bio and pic!

I have been teaching sewing for over 20 years, starting with classes in my home and most recently teaching for more than four years at Joann Fabrics. While Introduction to Sewing is my specialty, I have also taught quilt block construction and basic garment sewing.

With more than 35 years of sewing experience, my background includes everything from wedding and prom formalwear to sewing for the St. Louis Opera Theatre and the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis.

I am excited to join the team at Sew What Fabrics and teach classes that are creative, fun, and welcoming for all skill levels. If you are signing up for a class, don’t worry — we’ve got this! I hope to see you in class soon.

We hope to start moving in this week! We hope to see you there soon!

We are making great progress on the new shop. Hope to have it all done and set up by the end of this week. Painting has been done, most of floor is in ( we will finish it tomorrow) and then to get all the fabric shelves in place so we can stock the shelves with all our fabric. A few finishing touches and we will be up and running. A huge shout out to Mike Cords, Jason Brown and Wayne as we would not be this far without them. Mike has went above and beyond to make this new shop happen for our customers. Thank you to all our customers for supporting our small town business and making the fabric shop feel like home. Without our customers, we would not be able to do this. We also now have 45MM rotary cutter replacement blades. Thank you so much and more updates tomorrow.

New fabric just arrived at our shop! Paint work on the new location is finished in our new location flooring next week. Sew What is almost ready to move. We are looking forward to our new space.

We have the birthday cake prints in at shop Just got them today Come on in before these are all gone. Can’t get anymore colors in this as they are already sold out and it will be later this year before they get anymore These are gorgeous
