At the beginning of this month we wrapped up on Interior Primer & Paint in a new local 3000sq ft build. Whew, this job was the full experience and we enjoyed it.🙌🏻

All walls & ceilings were fully primed with our sprayer, ceilings were painted, and walls followed.. Buttoned it all up with the accent walls! It’s always cool seeing everything go from bare drywall to clean and ready for the next step. I’m eager to see how this home comes together with their trim & flooring!😍

Out with the old and in with the new! We love the functionality that the basket storage in this new shower has to offer....

Some nice upgrades for this home! Customers first concern was the rot under their old windows so we addressed this problem before installing new windows and vinyl siding all the way around. We then upgraded the storm door on the front, and finished off the front entry with two new composite hand rails!

Big improvements on this garage.. New soffit, vinyl siding, walk through door, window and flood lights!

This one got the final touches buttoned up right in time for the passed holiday weekend!🇺🇸🧨

Here we removed 3 layers of old siding, installed 6 new windows along the west porch and removed and replaced all rotted sills.. We then got this home insulated with foam and trimmed all windows with PVC. The fascia and soffit got a fresh coat of white paint before new siding was installed.

We really enjoyed this project and appreciate the opportunities this client provided us with!

A video with both before and after walk throughs of a recently finished remodel.. Priorities were a walk in shower with a bench, a proper laundry room, and new windows… Most importantly she wanted it to be easy to clean so we did a high gloss finish on the woodwork and installed waterproof flooring!

Finished this up just in time to start on her exterior siding.. Stay tuned!
