* Clean Scent Air Fresheners sprays, plug-ins (no floral) are definitely the way to go here. Everyone loves the smell of a clean/fresh house. If your home is for sale around the holidays 🦃🎄, it is my personal opinion to have the smell of cookies in the air to give a nostalgic/homey feel*

*Apples🍎 & Lemons🍋 both make inexpensive centerpieces that will last a few weeks. Depending on the season you can also borrow from your yard. Fall Branches, spring greens or summer blooms.*

*It’s easy to accumulate tons of stuff on your kitchen counters. Whether it be a toaster, coffee maker, mixer, canisters, cutting board, knives, spices, cooking utensils, ect. Maybe just pick at most 3 items to leave out while trying to sell your home.
