Against The Grain Woodworks Against the Grain Woodworks is a family owned and operated wood shop that specializes in barn doors, custom cabinetry and many other wood projects.

We also product smaller items, such as cutting boards, bottle openers and wine displays. My name is Samuel Reed, I am an elementary physical education teacher, builder and owner of Against the Grain Woodworks. As a woodworking enthusiast I get to combine my love of working with my hands and tackling challenges, with ever new project. All of my work is crafted to your specifications and no two piec
