A. Boyer Custom Woodwork, LLC Designer and Builder of wood creations, cabinetry, and artwork I am always up to the challenge and enjoy working with new ideas.

As a small business, I have worked in the woodworking industry for many years and offer the finest of materials and craftsmanship. I create a variety of pieces, ranging from dining room tables to beds to functional and decorative items. I really enjoy working with reclaimed lumber and materials because of its wonderful patina. This includes heart pine, river-recovered cypress, and mountain chesnut from old barns. Please feel free to contact me for all of your wooden needs.

This project in Charlotte, NC was one of my largest and most satisfying projects. The owner recently listed this property and sent me these photos from the sales brochure. I got a tip on some beautiful reclaimed heart pine from Georgetown, SC and suggested this wood for their kitchen and other built-in cabinets. Images don't show details, such as the hand carved pineapples on the doors around the room. I carried the 12 by 12 beams to a local mill and had it sliced into lumber after I carefully removed all the old nails. Two coats of sealer and two topcoats of laquer brought out the rich beauty.

Here is a Falcon 60 interior that I just completed. It was reconfigured, updated and reveneered in a dark oak and shot with six coats of flat matte finish. Another shop also redid the upholstery and carpet. A new direction for me but very challenging .
