All sales are final. No refunds will be given after payment is given. If you have a problem with a necklace breaking I will happily fix it. The terms of this will be on an individual basis. Message me if this occurs. Shipping
US shipping is $3 and Canada is $8
Ellie Joy Designs are shipped within 48-72 hours of payment notification via USPS with the exception of sales on the weekend. I ship First Class and orders are expected to deliever within 2-5 days. If you need a rush order for an additional fee, please contact me. There is no tracking for First Class, so please expect your order to arrive within one week to a month. DISCLAIMER- Ellie Joy Designs make all products by hand and our necklaces contain small parts which could become a choking hazard to young children, infants and toddlers. Please supervise all children, toddlers and infants while wearing or playing with the necklaces. The necklaces should be removed before laying a child, infant or toddler down for a nap. Upon purchasing you will assume all responsibility for your child's safety while wearing or playing with Ellie Joy Designs necklaces. Please note that all furniture is flawed, these pieces contain chips, cracks, new and old pieces of wood, screws, and paint. These flaws give my pieces character and make them one of a kind. I make every effort to return these pieces to their original condition or make replacement parts to save them from the trash.
