Home Harvest Vegetable garden installation and maintenance, there is no yard too small to grow your own food!

We build and install raised beds for growing vegetables, or will assist you on growing directly into your existing soil. We also consult on nutrient deficiency and pest problems using organic methods to solve problems. If you want a flock of chickens, we can build you a coop and help you get started. If you want to start raising your own meat rabbits are a great place to start, we can build you a hutch and teach you how to raise and care for the rabbits, then process them.

Finished! Added a strawberry bed. Tomatoes, peppers, squash, onions, zucchini, green beans, peas, spinach, carrots, and herbs. All grown in these beds. Having this families 3 kids involved made this so much fun.

I had the question presented to me this week of how to deal with squash bugs organically. These are nasty bugs, and hard to get rid of. I would love to hear of how others deal with these critters. Please share how you deal with them for other gardeners. We would love to hear some new ideas. Do you pick the eggs off leafs? Have you had luck with an organic treatment? If so please share what has worked for you.
