Okay, soooo that final winter sprint really delayed this project, but WE MADE IT 🙌🏼 To be honest, this piece and this ice apocalypse both taught me that I’m much more inspired by bright fun colors as opposed to simple designs/neutrals, but I do hope this piece will find a happy home because she was a LONG labor of love and I do think she’s pretty despite my frustration with the process. 😅❤️ Shout out to Gemini for helping me visualize how it would look in someone’s home! 🙏🏼 Be honest, do y’all like this style?? I’m still learning what excites people lol. LET ME KNOW!

So honored to share that my first two projects have been claimed! 🥹🙌🏼 These pieces were initially just going to be practice since I really had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I’m so grateful that they have been given new life and found new homes! Working with well-loved furniture is hard work, but it is so rewarding on the other side. Already prepping my workshop for my next project. Thanks for coming along for the ride, friends! 🤗🙏🏼

For artists everywhere, AI initially felt like a threat to our God-given gift of creating something from nothing using our inspiration, imagination and intuition. But since the very beginning of technological advancements, creatives have found a way to think outside the box and use technology as a tool to enhance our craft, not replace it. As a society, we must be on guard to let “artificial” anything rob us of our humanness. If we can utilize another tool effectively, awesome! But may we all remember that there are some things that computers simply can’t replace. May we all lean into those things that draw us back to our Creator and remind us that we are ALIVE! ✨🎨
