What a great time we had Saturday, helping out Nashville Public Television with organizing their spaces! We took the tour, got our marching orders, and created lots more breathing room in several areas, just in time for their big 60th Anniversary.

Big thanks to Susan Gardner of Clearing the Way Home for coordinating, and chapter members Malinda Moseley of Nest Home Organizing, Kealie Williams of Parallel Solutions, Amy Delaplain and Micah Douthit of Its Arranged, and Sara Smith Skillen for giving their time and talents to the project!

What a fun chapter meeting last night! - Getting some solid tips on posture and exercises for improved mobility from Dr. Derek Leist of Prevail Rehab and Fitness. Whether you're an organizer doing a lot of lifting and moving, or a productivity specialist sitting at a desk all day, Dr. Derek had the moves to keep us all flexible and prevent injury.

Greetings, NAPO Nashville friends - please join me in welcoming our newest board member, Stephanie Belanger! Stephanie is taking on the previously vacant role of Director of Technology & Communications for our chapter, and we're thrilled she's stepped up for the job! Here's a little more about her:

Stephanie Belanger is the owner of Simple Systematic Spaces, also known as S3bySteph. Stephanie is a bacon-loving resident of Clarksville, Tennessee by way of Canada now fulfilling her passion for helping people.
