I love gift wrapping, so you can imagine the fun I have at Christmas! This was the top of my mom's gift- she loves nature and birds, so I made her a snowy walk on the top of her gift. The paper was handmade crinkled gift wrap from Korea. It had a linen-like quality to it, and tape wouldn't work on it, so I had to use glue when i was wrapping! I sculpted tiny little cardinals and a weathered 'wooden' bench, used dried moss for the grass and corn meal for the bird seed. Spray snow was sold out everywhere, online and in stores (this was the first week in December), so I used glue and baking soda to get the drifts of fine, powdery snow.
