It's been awhile. I'm not good at the internet thing. But. We have some new projects.
The George Apartments in OKC are being remodeled. Also Hunters of OKC, is in the middle of finishing up. We have Hunters Landing development and the project in Arizona in the works. Lots to do. Swing by and ask for Clifford. I'll be happy to show you around. Pics to follow.

We have new and exciting events coming in the new year. We have a new Development in South Carolina that's already under way. 65 new high end homes and the the building stage is near.
We also have a few Developments in Nevada fixing to take off with the partnerships with State and City officials who want better housing for there Miner's.
We here at Dean Family Development want to wish each and every one who visits our site an exciting and special New Year.

We Are really proud to announce our next, up and coming project. We are Making strides to the ground breaking ceremony for …...The Lilly Pad Apartments. A large complex is going to have a clubhouse with fitness center, Pool, and an Event Center for gatherings and parties. The apartments will be Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responder friendly. With discounts to them all.
In the front is new shopping including a Bar/ Restaurant, and a few New commercial shops.
We are putting in a new Park and even a running trail to have a place to run, take a stroll with the baby, or just enjoy the out side in a safe environment. Get ready, its Coming !!!!!!
