Our sauna rental concession is officially returning to North Avenue Beach this winter, starting November 1st! ❄️🔥

We’re excited to share that we’re moving to a brand-new spot right where the pier begins, offering uninterrupted 360° lakefront views and the best skyline panorama in the city.

Whether you're planning a private event, booking a session for yourself, or sweating it out with a group of friends, we've got you covered.

Bookings are now live up to 3 weeks in advance. Tap the link in our bio to reserve your spot and view our new booking page. Stay tuned—more updates coming soon!

Hard to believe it’s been 8 years since we launched the floating geodome.

We strapped 10 inner tubes to the base, pushed off into the Wisconsin River, and hoped for the best. After almost capsizing a couple of times and stumbling into a regional burn, we finally made it to the sandbars.

Having a private, shaded hammock oasis in the middle of the river made every sketchy moment entirely worth it.

ZOME UPDATE: Just blew out one of the sides on the zome to create an entrance and replaced two struts to create this cool looking awning while keeping the original strength and shape in tact. This entrance also allows you to add set of doors if you want.

Also got a chance to test out this insulated cowboy hotub that uses a pellet heater as it's only heat source. So far it works great and heated up almost 150 gallons of water from 55°F to 100°F in under 3 hours!

Next up we'll be adding clear vinyl on the roof to create some skylights and mount some canvas to add some privacy to our little Zen Zome for our Airbnb rental up in Wisconsin

These Zome dome hubs are available to purchase here thru our Instagram page our you can find additional information on our website at Thunder-Domes.com

just sent us an update on their brand-new 2V greenhouse, perfectly timed for spring. It's amazing to see our Domes in action and we can't wait to see their growth. Thanks for the update!

We put up this huge 13ft wide Zome over the weekend at our Wisconsin Airbnb. The entire assembly only took about 4 hours and only cost about $200 worth of lumber, not including the brackets.

This structure will become our a Zen Zome featuring a wood fired hot tub, a place to relax and unwind. We'll post a full build video soon once we finish up the outside panels.

This Zome bracket set can be found our website. Check out the link in our bio for more information

Want to get creative with dome designs? Try importing our stock photos into AI models. It's a great way to play with finishing ideas without losing the original geometry.

We're gearing up to build this spa dome at our Airbnb rental, so stay tuned for that project. And if you need brackets for your own dome project, we've got you covered - check out our website via the links in our bio.
