Hello and welcome back to Midwest sedan and suv service. We've been helping out a few of our affiliates these last few weeks which is what you do in the business in order to stay in good standing with them in case you need help you can call them and ask if they can help. We offer point to point transfers, shuttle service, charters and out of town transfers. We serve the northern suburbs, western suburbs, southern suburbs. All trips are prearranged by reservation, however if you need a last minute unscheduled transfer we can possibly accommodative depending on location and time of day. Happy post Thanksgiving to all, hope everyone ate well we just wrapped up a friends giving at my house always nice to see old friends and talking about old times in the neighborhood and people we haven't seen since we were kids riding our big wheels up and down the block. I recently picked up a new truck a 2017 gmc Yukon Xl which I will post pictures of after I clean up all the leftovers. Real briefly I would like to say a few things about my little company, we are not a big company of 30, 40 cars ,we are a small company which allows us to be able to focus on customer service and provide a better way to get from place to place as best as we can. We are made up of individuals who have been in the business for a number of years 10,15 even 20 years and who have earned their so called stripes. The only actual employee is myself the rest of the people who work with me are independent contractors or owner operators. We are not an uber or Lyft type of service. We operate primarily on reservations and from time to time the last minute "I forgot to call " service as well. Myself and the other people I work with are the same way. I am located near O'Hare Airport and depending on time of day 35 -40 minutes from Midway Airport . One of the people I work with lives closer to midway than I do so depending on where you are going to the possibility of seeing him is more likely than seeing me even though we are processing the credit card, I will most likely schedule him to meet you at midway airport because hes the closest driver to the order unless hes unavailable. We do weddings, anniversaries, graduations, proms, meet and greet services at all airports , pet transport provided the pet has a crate to keep it from having possible accidents in the vehicle. Good afternoon from Midwest Sedan and Suv Service, its been a long couple of weeks especially with the weather the way it has been in recent days, flight delays ,cancellations, rebooking all weather related or otherwise. Being a small company we do all we can for our current clients future clients and we do what we can do to help our affiliates. We are not a on demand company, however if we have an availability to assist a client we will do our best to do so depending on the clients needs. We are a reservation based company and require 36 -72 hour advanced notice to ensure proper service for the client or clients needs, however if the client needs an immediate or within 12 hours pick up, we might be able to accommodate them either from us or one of our affiliates provided they have availability at short notice. We do point to point airport transfers, short trips in and around the city, we do charters, weddings, graduations, a night on the town for anniversaries, proms with a valid credit card in the persons name accompanied by a driver's license in there name. Good morning everybody, sorry I haven't posted much on my page I've been busy working with some new affiliates. Recently I had a conversation with a gentleman and his wife at a hotel about the differences between pre arranged limousine and car service companies vs rideshare companies. I explained to them that the reason why pre-arranged companies carry a different pricing structure is because the contractors that they use are required by law depending on which they operate in, need to have certain type of license in addition to a driver's license what's called a chauffeur's license in order to drive a commercially plated vehicle such as a limousine or even a city based taxi cab and in order to get that license they have to go to class and then once they have passed the class in order to obtain the license they go through a 4 step background check process to determine who they actually are and if they owe the city or whomever money or child support. If they fail the background check they can't legally drive a livery or taxi in the city. They have to get commercial plates which cost 500 .00 a tear ,a city sticker which costs 125.00 plus commercial insurance which runs between 2800.00 to 4,000 a year depending on how much insurance you carry. Most companies want a million dollar liability which protects both them and the company they work with. They also have to pay 3.50 a day ground tax and if they are doing an airport arrival they have to pay a tax stamp of 4.00 . With rideshare companies you have no idea who your driver ,where they've been and if you have a problem with them your basically talking to someone who could careless and are just reading off of a "script " just to shut you up. Another thing to consider the reason why pre-arranged companies are more expensive, if you are in a rideshare car and have an accident that is your drivers fault or not and require any type of medical assistance or care, the rideshare company will leave you paying the bill as well as the drivers insurance company. With prearranged companies of something happens you will be covered by there insurance company. If you like your driver and wish to request them again you can't do that on rideshare unless you set up a future ride with that driver ,however if they get caught doing a pickup outside of there app tge driver can and will be terminated and the same for prearranged. But with prearranged you can request that driver you like and if available the driver will gladly pick you up. Those are the reasons why pre-arranged companies are more expensive than rideshare companies. Plain and simple just don't use them call a prearranged service like mine or somebody else, you have a choice your life isn't worth 20.00 by calling a rideshare company. Good morning everybody, we made through another ST.Pattys day without spilling any green beer. What a wild night. Met a lot of interesting people some of which were a little innibriated from to much of green beer they consumed ,but overall no problems to speak of. It was a long day but well worth it. We gained a few new clients and will be looking forward to there return business in the near future. Today is a beautiful day, a bit chilly but beautiful none the less. I find it unfortunate that people choose lower class services for point to point transfers and wonder why they have to wait 10 -15 minutes for there driver to show arrive while they stand out in the cold. But they saved a few bucks.

Happy New Year!😊 It has been an interesting year in the transportation industry. I have been all over the place and met some interesting people, I have been to some interesting places such as Hartford Wisconsin, Utica Illinois a.k.a starved rock, Springfield Illinois, Indiana a few times. These are places in which I have been to and will go to if a client requests a point to point transfer . The people I work with are all commercially licensed and insured in upwards of a million dollars per incident unlike ride share drivers who carry just basic full coverage. We are a reservation based company primarily, but a phone call can change everything and if you call and need a pick up asap there is always a chance that either myself or a colleague might be available depending upon how soon you need the pick up and where you are. We take credit cards and reservations but are not a 24 hour company unless specific arrangements are made in advance. It's been a long week ,but a good week. We took in some phone calls about what we offer and pricing information that hopefully we answered the potential clients question, answered a few emails the best we could .Took a group if clients out to Hartford wisconsin on friday, that was a nice calming ride, beautiful countryside ,lots of rolling hills and trees and no noise of the big city. We go to Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, even Ohio If needed. We do airport transfers , meet and greets st all airports, bottled water in the car , otger beverages available as a special request only and would be an additional charge. We welcome service animals at no extra charge . We also have car seats available but would prefer you bring your own and we can store it for you at no extra charge.
