The power of paint! Worked on my own piece last week. I had bought this Asian sideboard years ago. I had gotten tired of it over the last few years and the colors just didn’t fit my style anymore. I still loved the straight lines and the drawers at the bottom of the piece. So I took the plunge and transformed it into this classic piece by just doing a very monochromatic black and a solid wood top. Kept the door handles (they are kind of cool looking and the star of the piece), but replaced the ones on the drawers.
