Friends, family, customers, and anyone else who followed this page for the two plus years we were running, I want to say THANK YOU! Each one of you were part of the reason why I started and continued to build furniture. I loved every single piece that I built under the name of Custom Rustic Designs, and I hope you loved them as well.

Big News!! I moved down to Macon, Georgia this past August, and it didn't take me long to find myself involved with furniture again. While I'm working full time building houses with the local Habitat for Humanity, I'm also working as a designer and VP at Georgia Artisan Furnishings.

At Georgia Artisan, we have a fantastic team that works together with the goal of bringing sustainable craftsmanship to the nation. Hi everyone! As promised, here's our newest creation... the Scrap Bin Beer Caddy. After we finish our bigger projects, there are always small remnants of really cool wood left over. We've found that the best way to show them off is to build something awesome. Enter: The Caddy. These two pictured here bring together several different types of wood from local sources. The ends and bottom are reclaimed pallet wood, the side runners are beadboard salvaged from a 1940's kitchen (with their original paint), and the curved handles are from an old oak barrel; all sanded to smooth perfection and coated to protect The Caddy against bottle sweat, lake water, and the occasional spill. We created a unique design and added a handy bottle opener, so it's got everything you need! Crack open a cold one, and order yours now for just $39, or two for $75.
