The Association of County Engineers of Alabama (ACEA) Motor Grader "Train the Trainer" Courses provide hands on education to motor grader operators around the state. The regional class structure allows operators to visit a nearby county to receive training- ensuring small class sizes and maximum "seat time". These operators will then go back to their home counties to teach what they have learned, saving the counties money on specialized education and training.

The Association of County Engineers of Alabama (ACEA) Motor Grader "Train the Trainer" Courses provide hands on education to motor grader operators around the state.
