Marco Island balcony demo 🔨🌊

18th floor down to the 2nd… no room for mistakes on this one.

Scope included removing tile + waterproofing across multiple balconies using demo hammers, while keeping all debris fully contained so nothing hit below.

We protected furniture, flooring, and every walkway from unit → elevator → trailer.

Hand chipping and precision grinding under railings to ensure zero drop risk. Everything taken down to clean, bare concrete and ready for new flooring.

Quick bathroom demo out in Sanibel

We took the shower walls down to the studs, busted the cast iron tub up, tile floor, with plywood subfloor. Vanity, toilet, baseboards, and bulkhead above the vanity. Plus every nail and screw pulled so it’s clean and ready for rebuild.

All debris had to be hauled downstairs. Gotta love Sanibel stilt houses. We also protected all floors and controlled dust the entire way out and round our demo area

We removed the primary shower and tile backsplash around the tub while keeping the tub, tile floors, and vanity fully intact. Everything was carefully protected using plastic, Ram Board, and proper coverage on the tub to make sure nothing was damaged during the process.
