For as long as I can remember, I have fostered a love of construction and all things vintage. After years of various projects in our own home, I have found a niche that allows me to combine those two loves. My Pinterest addiction has helped push that along a bit too. Many of the pieces posted will be made-to-order, giving you the opportunity to customize the size, finish and other details to truly

make it your own. I'll specify the items that are available for sale. Please also contact me for custom projects; large or small, I love a challenge! First blog post! I've been researching blogging for about a year now and while I knew it was a task, I underestimated how much goes into all of it; creating the page, post content, etc. I have a whole new appreciation for those of you that do this professionally. I'm baaaack!! In truth, I never really left, I've just had a crazy, amazing year. This time last year we had the opportunity to flip a house in Rochester, something I have always wanted to do. I quit my full time job mid-2019 (so scary!) and the flip took twice as long as we thought it would (!) but it turned out great. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to switch gears and chase a dream, all while turning 40! It might smell a bit like a mid-life crisis but I have no regrets. I've been building a blog and I hope to have it up and running in the next few weeks; a little DIY, maybe some recipes and plenty of snarky humor to share! We are just getting started on our new flip project and I have plenty of fun DIY projects coming up too, I can't wait to share them with you!

I finished the bench upcycle today and have all kinds of projects in the works. Aside from the Berne Artisan Market on 8/2, I'm also going to have a number of things at River City Reclaimed in Wabasha through September. So my question for all of you is what kind of things do you look for at either a craft show or a consignment shop like this? Any input is welcomed.
