Blessed with a ton of work coming my way and honestly I’m looking for a dedicated worker or possibly 2 with a construction background and a work ethic that’s willing to learn or help take on some projects I’ve got coming up and going.
- I personally have a couple kitchen tile jobs coming up and these are already scheduled to start once the materials come in but I’ll be focusing on them.
- I have a 1,000 sq foot house soon to have to demo and put back together. To speed up lead time to start this it would be nice to have some help. I may have 1 already but looking for atleast 1.

Started another kitchen remodel this week in Johnson city. Customers cabinets just arrived. Don’t want to leave this customer out of commission long, so it’s go time 💪! Took about 6 hours to gut portions of the kitchen. cabinets, sink and countertops, microwave, wall tile, quarter round trim, floor tile and existing concrete board. Had some mold issues that are being addressed in prep for new wall board tomorrow and new concrete board for the floor. My goal is to have this project wrapped up by the middle of next week!
Cabs, flooring, measure and order new countertops, wall tile, floor tile and trim. Time is tickin ⏰ 😊

Starting another fun project in Elizabethton this week.
- Soon to have new granite counters in kitchen, fully remodeled master bath, the entire 1st level will get a facelift of fresh paint, fireplace white wash, amongst some other upgrades to this soon to be rental home.
- Starting another Kitchen flip next week as we will bounce between both to get them done asap.
- Then moving on to a large kitchen tile floor demo and re install. Looking forward to it honestly. We love tile. Give us a shout for your next home project.

*Only fixed or installed what customer absolutely wanted lol. Doors don’t match and such but..
We just finished up with a couple bathroom remodels, a partial kitchen remodel along with a punch list of things needing attn to detail with. Stairs uplift, floor work, plumbing upgrades, you name it.
- Brenden had been doing a great job this past couple years working together in this business! He’s stepped up and is tackling everything I need him to do. We may need a permanent helper here before long. 😊 Work is coming in left and right and we are busting them out!
- About to start a couple large Floor tile jobs in the coming weeks, another kitchen job that includes new cabinets and tops, tile backsplash and new tile floor. Once all materials come in. But in the mean time I picked up another bathroom and kitchen complete gut and remodel to start next week.
- Making a material list for it tomorrow as we finish up punch list things at another house near by.
