I think the best and worst thing about being 6.5 years into construction is finding out most construction companies had to have daddy’s millions or a business partners line of credit to get started. Building and developing especially. Lucky them.
They haven’t worked 7 days a week. And absolutely have never put in 75-90 hours of actual labor hustling trying to grow.
They don’t have the underdog advantage.
