Fiberglass job for the week šŸ˜Ž. Super happy with the results! It was a tough spot to get right, but we just refuse to do work any other way šŸ’Æ. Sanded down with 60, 80, 120 grit and hand filed the flat surface area to make the surface area match. Couldnā€™t have asked for the weather to be more perfect this week! ā˜€ļø

Itā€™s getting hot in here šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„ We always test units before installation. We always do a quality control check prior to installation of any equipment to ensure that the unit is in working order. This prevents unnecessary labor costs in case us or the customer are shipped a faulty unit or piece of equipment. It doesnā€™t happen often but it does happen on rare occasions. After running for 15-30 minutes this one is good to go for installation!! Iā€™m sure the customers will be over the roof thrilled to have heat and A/C back in the boat again. It makes us feel great to have a part in helping each and every one of you live your dreams!

After two weeks on the hard me and the Captain finally got ā€œSouthern Belleā€ all prettied up and ready to go! I love the finished look of PPG 450-H, gives a nice glossy clean look, easy to clean and extremely scratch and scuff resistant. Itā€™s so excellent of a product that the USCG uses the same exact product on their ships.

Just like the season!!! Out with the old and in with the new!!!
