Fixed some rotted siding and door to find out deck was secured to house improperly and door was supporting the upper floor without a beam. Added a LVL beam and hangers for the floor and now the door looks good and operates properly. Paint to come weather permitting. Customer also wanted some lockable storage under deck and gates to contain dogs on deck
