Sometimes we make mistakes. It is amazing what sun and rain can do over a year. We pushed this table out faster than we should have last year because of a special family dinner, and didn’t get a chance to go back and add some additional coats of sealant before letting it sit in the back yard all year. Now a year later it is looking very rough. We are WAY passed the adding more coats point now. So today I took a belt sander to it, and after 6 belts it is looking MUCH better. Still has a long way to go, but after the final belt wore through I had to call it a night. Very excited to finish up the sanding and this time we are going with TotalBoat to protect it for MUCH much longer.
We’ll post new phots once it’s done.

When making adjustable height shelving, a bit with a depth stop is a big time saver. If you don’t have one, a piece of painters tape works as a visual aid, but be careful not to go to deep.

I LOVE this little BLACK+DECKER leaf blower.

Honestly though, I was a little disappointed in it as a leaf blower. BUT!!! In the shop it makes super fast work of clearing the saw dust. I don’t have a dust collector, so this little guy is a life saver at the end of the day.
