What we have here is a fresh brisket jalapeño cheddar burger. The jalapeños are smoked and chopped with some powdered dry jalapeño and powdered cheddar cheese. Definitely has some heat. Available

What we got here is Merguez sausage stuffed in sheep casings. This mixture is lamb shoulder and pork butt that is heavily seasoned and spicy. The sheep casings are very delicate and are about the diameter of a hot dog. These bad boys you could throw on a baguette or just put on a board.
