One 41 yr old Mixed Martial Art Instructor, ranked in Taekwondo, Kenpo, and Judo with an 8 yr wrestling background of Greco Roman, freestyle, and folk style . Ive Worked as a Bouncer in the past between 2 different Bars for total of 3 yrs .... All my experience and training has lead up to now. I've taken the highest percentage moves from all these styles and created a Mixed Martial Art style and fighting system. Complete with a belted ranking system, I Named" Way of the Bear " For its fierce and focused attacks and quick finishes and take no damage mentality. ALL BASIC TECHNIQUES TAUGHT AND PRACTICED , FROM STAND UP TO THE GROUND ARE 100% CAGE FIGHTING LEGAL MOVES.
