This is one of our latest custom projects that was built from a client's broken cello. Rather than throwing away the instrument after its untimely break, she instead reached out to reGrain to design and build this custom table and lamp. This is a truly unique piece that not only reuses, but transforms a sentimental possession of the client's into something that will last for years to come.
This piece features the following:
A floating table top made from reclaimed maple
A custom stain and durable polyurethane finish
A handmade sheet music lampshade
A custom finial made from the cello's peg box
A custom lamp support that features the neck of the cello
