Don’t search this. My mom called them Jewish Meat Roll. But today my brother and I made lamb beef many seasonings and chilled it. Then into my stretched dough rectangles and rolled into spirals with an eggwash, some with poppy. That and a Greek salad and taziki and we are ready to rock. This minute. 🍷
