Briarcliff spec home is complete! This 4 Bdrm / 2.5 Bath home sold prior to the end of construction to a very sweet and excited family of 4.

We were excited to have the builder, Michael Wright, believe that pushing the design on a "standard spec" would be worth it. Everyone is thrilled with the outcome.

A murffBADA project where we used a single 3/8" steel strap as a stringer. Walnut treads mortised into the side wall. 99% credit to the client and builder.

Fun project working with great clients who happen to also be good friends. We are working through Design Development, fleshing this out. It is starting to look like a real thing.

The Old School Liquor & Market is open for business! We assisted with the architectural logistics, planning, layout, and permitting documents at this location, as well as their sister coffee shop next door (Cannon Coffee). Check them out in person the next time you're in South Austin!

One of our first big projects, all grown up, at this beautiful homesite and acreage outside of Gonzales, TX. The landscaping the client has added over the years has filled in nicely and is absolutely gorgeous!

We always enjoying checking in on projects under construction. This one is a spec build, located in Briarcliff (near Pace Bend Park). It's orientation on the lot offers maximum privacy from adjacent neighbors, while the double height main interior spaces offer openness and connectedness for its occupants.
