Like many throughout our community, we were saddened to learn that Max Pies Furniture will be closing its doors after an incredible 121 years in business. Few businesses achieve such a remarkable legacy, and that accomplishment is a true testament to the dedication of the Pies family, their employees, and the loyal customers who supported them through generations.
We want to congratulate Phil, Steve, and their staff on an extraordinary run and thank them for the impact they have had on our local community. Family-owned businesses like theirs help make our hometowns special, and their contributions will not be forgotten.
As they begin this next chapter, we wish them nothing but good health, happiness, and success in whatever comes next.
For any Max Pies customers who may still be shopping for furniture, flooring, or mattresses and would like to continue supporting a locally owned family business, we would be honored to welcome you to our showroom in Attica—just a short 15-minute drive away.
Shopping local matters. It supports local jobs, local families, and keeps our communities strong. We attempt to be the fabric of our community - pun slightly intended!
Thank you to the Pies family for 121 years of service to Batavia. Wishing you all the very best in your futures.
If you have never visited our locations before, we have two locations - one in Mount Morris and one in Attica and we welcome you to stop in and introduce yourself - we’d love the opportunity to earn your business.
