Happy Sunday good people! You know how it seems like every business has a story behind their name?

We are no exception. 😬

In 2020 we lost a magnanimous and influential family member who just so happened to be one of the best carpenters this side of the Mississippi. His sudden passing meant the end of his business Abstract Carpentry and Construction.

David was a well loved and admired husband, father, grandfather (Pops!), brother, and to so many - a great friend. 🔨

In the spirit of such a bright light we decide to carry on his legacy in one small piece...

Abstract Pieces represents the seeds that he planted with his love and advice to everyone who met him. It represents growth in the most unlikely of spaces and times, it also represents faith in yourself to see things through no matter the challenge. Abstract Pieces is here to help bring new life into your space, whether it be your home, office, or dorm. We want you to have a piece that will stay with you a lifetime.
