Interiors are the first and last things that we interact with every day of our lives. Our physical spaces should be nurtured to create experiences within, experiences that conjure up a positive emotion and reflect the individuals who inhabit them. These types of environments are those that people want to be a part of. As a commercial & residential interior designer with 15 years of experience, I specialize in materializing captivating environments that emphasize the distinct qualities that are you or your brand. For me, the design of an excellent concept and schematics only hints at the project to come. To become a reality a space emerges from a nurturing, hands-on approach that focuses on the details – from the conceptual start to the physical completion, to that moment when a space becomes the desired lived human experience. The union of four incredibly important and magical souls. The connection of one to another while simultaneously solid in their individuality, the creation of a stepmother to two beautiful boys and the new heart strings woven between them all. A new family woven together, uniquely themselves & ever growing.

When I create for those I’m close to symbols and images come clearly through. This piece is near and dear to my heart for the people it represents, and one especially, I can honestly say my life was forever changed the day I met her and it continues to grow and evolve with her as my guide and friend. This love that her, her partner and the boys have grown is one that is magical to witness. 🙏 ❤️✨

Making a house into a home for the Mascavage family in Connecticut has been a heart centered project. Covid kept me at a distance down here in Georgia so the entire project was done virtually but there is no lack of love poured into each and every nook and cranny of this lake house.

So stoked to share this beautiful nest of home I completed for a family that is so embedded in my heart. Renovated this one entirely virtual and the timing of the whole project couldn’t have been more perfect for the Mascavage family.
What was to be a vacation home away from the hustle of Brooklyn, NY turned into a perfectly timed gift from the universe for the Mascavage family of 4. Covid came and NY was no longer the same, but thankfully another option was already in hand with this beauty of a home in Lakeville, CT that I had just completed renovating. Pivot, is certainly a key word for navigating a pandemic, so vacation home turned into HOME and oh what a beauty she is, if I do say so myself. 😉

A project full of heart, for it and the amazing vet/friend/owner. Heron’s Crossing in Decatur is a love centered animal haven where families can go to transition their pets to the other side. The intention with the space was to create a heart centered, cozy home environment where animals and families could feel deep comfort in their final moments together.

Our criminal system is consumed by adults who were unloved, unwanted, uncared for, abused, mistreated, neglected children. Let people decide if they are ready to be parents because it is a great responsibility that impacts our society. Unwanted pregnancies happen, birth control fails, r**e is real, health issues, finances and life circumstances are all factors. A life is more than a heartbeat... A life takes nurturing, love, education, a lot of money, a lot of time, etc...
Who are you to decide if someone is able to and wanting to be a parent? Who are you to force someone into raising a child they don't want, or arent capable to care for?
My body. My life. My choice.
