I'm currently working on a project, one of my team members hired an FB - BOB (Black Owned Business) to create our page ... Something simple - 1 page to showcase our group ... Of course, after we paid the $175 this chic went ghost!! After many text messages - where she was rude, threatening, and unprofessional - she advised that she would not accept text messages and only emails moving forward ... This is where is goes really left ... She was non-responsive for weeks ! When we finally did hear from her she stated that her daughter was in a car accident and paralyzed for the reason she did not respond ... as of today after 4 months we have NOTHING !!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE KissChanel WebDesigner - Not worth it at all !!! I am currently in the process of filing a "THIEF OF SERVICE" charge on her for her pettiness, unprofessionalism, and the disrespect of BLACK OWNED BUSINESS that work hard to prove how valuable they are to the black community.
