Rest has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure and cortisol levels. Rest rejuvenates the body and what we speak rejuvenates the soul. I am embarking upon a 21 day apple challenge. For this challenge, I have cut an apple in half and placed one half in a jar labeled good apple and the other half in a jar labeled bad apple.
